Shipping policy
For the main part, there are two ways of shipping our items. UNTRACKED and TRACKED.
The UNTRACKED shipping method will not be possible to track after the item has left the customs/border of Norway going international, and therefore the route and time the parcel is taking to get to you, is a bit unsure. We have not had any/many (only three so far) lost or severely delayed parcels the four years we have been sending international.
It is up to you, as the buyer, to chose this option, and if the parcel does not arrive within the timeframe we have calculated, we will have to negotiate as to how much longer you should wait for the parcel, and how to resolve if it does not arrive at your address.
The TRACKED shipping method is possible to track all the way, and it also come with insurance if it does not arrive, or arrive damaged. Proof of damage will have to be sent. Please let us know, and then take it up with the carrier, to resolve the issue. We will work with you to help, and also to replace the items, if possible.
